Our 60 minute workouts are usually structured in three “rounds” that start from an intense cardio warm up, then into main rounds of boxing along with intervals of bodyweight movements while focusing on the core.

Our structured group training program allow you to boost your motor components with methods of TABATA, BOOT CAMP, AMRAP and EMOM.

Gymnastics

Our systematic exercises-often with use of rings, bars and other apparatus help in improving your physical conditioning, leg lifts, plyometrics, body tension exercise and shaping drills.
