It’s worth the pain, sweat, and hard work when you’re seeing results. Above all else, you have to want it! Cathy is probably one of the girls in the 12-week summer shred program who’s focused and really wanted to achieve her goals. Team Elevation is proud of your hard work, as you thank us for the support, we thank you for being an example to others. Cathy’s body composition reading continuously drops as she keeps the intensity level rise, she started the Summer Shred with 28% Body Fat and the goal is really achievable, by now she’s at 23% body fat, and it’s obvious, look at her arms and midsection.

I always felt I had no time for working out. I had joined gyms in the past but dropped out after a few days as I easily got bored of the treadmill and basic cardio exercises they made me do. When I joined the gym at Elevation Fitness, Vivesh promised me it will be interesting and I will see results. With a good diet plan and an even more interesting workout, I can see changes in my body. We bet he’s the oldest member in the gym. But his transformation will make you feel that you still are more capable of getting fit, in his 18 weeks journey he never believed that it’s too late to be able to achieve something like this! From 229lbs, he’s feeling younger now at 200lbs, and he will not stop because Philip has just started and he’s at his early 60’s, but age is just a number and a mindset. Finally, I am sharing my transformation picture. It took me 16 weeks to reach my desired goal. People have asked me what did I take to change. Simple Hard work, Consistency and I applied my knowledge practically. Yes, it’s possible naturally. Do not fall into the trap of people who promote illegal stuff to change. Just have faith in yourself and through proper guidance, it’s easily achievable. Just a small glimpse what I did to change: Progressive overload – I did Weight training 7 days a week. Note: I hate doing cardio so I use to climb 37 floors the day I missed my workout. Nutrition – I followed “the Warrior diet” for the first 8 weeks. After 8 weeks I shifted to High protein diet. I never kept track of my calories. My diet consists of unprocessed foods: vegetables, meat, eggs, some dairy, and selected fruits, nuts, beans, and seeds. Important: You don’t deserve carbs until you are under body fat percentage of 15 percent. Carbs can be only taken in the form of green veggies. Rest and Recovery – I use to sleep for 8 hours everyday. Note: Sleep is the best time for recovery.

Froselyn, one of our summer shred participants. When she was about to join the program she was not confident of what she was getting into but we affirmed her that it is a 50/50 journey. She mentioned to us that she was told to lose weight in order to conceive. While at efitElevation Fitness we will give in our 100% towards the 50%, she will also have to give her 100% towards the 50%. She smashed all the programs that were given to her and remained very religious with her diet that we had prescribed. Achieving results is not difficult at all, you only need to believe in yourself and be persistent in giving in your everything. Never focus on the end goal but make each day count towards that end goal. The journey is more important. Well done Froselyn, we are really happy to see such an amazing transformation and we are confident that you are also happy with the results.
